The article compared the changes in students' opinions on this issue that occurred from the beginning to the end of the course, with those of the faculty members. An analysis of the findings found that several faculty members were successful by the end of the course in reducing the gap that had existed between their own opinions and those of the students. An analysis of the manner in which the CAE was employed by these faculty members highlights the successful use of pedagogical methods, which can be implemented in other courses.
